Each week, I am somewhat of a climate chameleon who has donned a multitude of temporary hats; I have coached the Earth through its dynamic phases, wrestled with glacial-interglacial cycles, unravelled the mysteries of ENSO and volcanoes, and even witnessed the grand illusion of geo-engineering. So, what’s a self-professed climate enthusiast to do next? Well, it is time to set aside the multitasking and embark on a new adventure— one that requires not just a passport but perhaps a spacesuit.
